There are eight open houses scheduled for the weekend of July 28 in the Bryn Mawr-Gladwyne area, five of which are listed at over $1 million.  

The area's most expensive house is new on the market at 1316 Colton Road in Gladwyne and is listed at $1,850,000.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to check out 1039 Reese Avenue in Bryn Mawr, which is listed at $289,000.
