Don't be scammed: It has come to the attention of the Building and Planning Department that this outside private company may be contacting escrow account holders to attempt to retrieve these funds from the depositors for a fee.
If you have an escrow account with the Township, it is not necessary to hire a third party company and pay a fee to request release of these funds. You may submit a request to the Township to release these funds to you at any time once your project is completed.
