Police Activity: Fires, Fraud and an OD

In the past week, police calls (which do not necessarily indicate arrests were made or charges filed) include:

• 1 burglary, the evening of April 7 on the 1000 block of West Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr
• 1 death investigation, April 3 on the 700 block of Great Springs Road in Bryn Mawr
• 1 drug overdose, April 4 on the 1000 block of Wyndon Avenue in Bryn Mawr
• 2 fires, one April 4 on the 500 block of Craig Lane in Villanova and one April 5 on the 1100 block of Brynllawn Road in Villanova
• 1 case of credit card/ATM fraud, on the 300 block of Conshohocken State Road in Gladwyne
• 1 , April 3 on the 400 block of Righters Mill Road in Gladwyne
• 1 car accident with injuries, April 5 at Montgomery and Merion avenues in Bryn Mawr
• 3 car accidents with property damage
• 3 citations for public drunkenness
• 1 simple assault, April 6 on the 600 block of Winsford Road in Bryn Mawr
