Police Activity: Lower Merion Officers Averaged 100 Calls a Day Last Week
Check the township's list of calls for police response from Aug. 8 through Aug. 14.

Lower Merion Police Department responded to 715 calls for service last week, according to a report posted on the township's website.
A version of the spreadsheet sorted by type of incident is attached to this article. The police calls (which do not necessarily indicate arrests were made or charges filed) include:
- 27 motor vehicle accidents with property damage
- 21 thefts
- 7 motor vehicle accidents with injuries
- 7 disorderly conducts
- 3 fires
- 2 robberies
- 2 DUI incidents
- 2 frauds
- 2 simple assaults
