Police: Two Residential Burglaries in Lower Merion on Monday
Both burglaries remain under investigation.
Lower Merion Township Police are investigating two residential burglaries that occurred Monday, Aug. 18.
In the first, a home on the 500 block of Oxford Road in Bala Cynwyd was burglarized sometime between 7:30 and 10:30 a.m. Monday, police said. A window to the home was forced open, and jewelry and portable electronics were taken.
A home on the 100 block of Montgomery Avenue in Bala Cynwood also was burglarized Monday, police said. The burglary occurred sometime between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The front door was forced open and the home ransacked, police said. It was unknown Tuesday what items if any had been taken.
