'Suspicious' Man Enters Bryn Mawr Home With People Inside: Cops

Radnor Police said it's unclear if the man went into any other homes in the area and are asking residents to call 911 with any information.

BRYN MAWR, PA – A man was cited for summary trespassing and disorderly conduct Wednesday after entering a Bryn Mawr home that had residents inside, according to Radnor Police.

Police said they were called to the 500 block of Fox Run Lane in the Bryn Mawr section of the township for a report of a suspicious man on a residential property in the early afternoon Wednesday.

The caller told police she heard her front door open then close after she yelled out, police said.

Officers found the man nearby and detained him, police said. He was cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct then released, police said.

Police found the man to have several unopened bottles of water and other sport drinks that he said he found.

Police said its unclear if the man went into any other homes in the area.

Anyone who may have seen the man or if any resident had any bottles of water or sport drinks stolen from their property is urged to call 911 and report the incident.

Police said the man is homeless and that they have not encountered him in the township before.

Radnor Police request anyone to immediately call 911 to report suspicious activities or individuals.
