This judge should be removed from the bench. Convicting that poor student of disorderly conduct, when he was just trying to get actual proof of the bullying he was subjected to at school, was ridiculous in the extreme. The actual disorderly conduct was done by his classmates, bullying that Judge McGraw-Desmet claimed should have been left to the school, but all the school administrators did was call the police on the student rather than address the PROVEN bullying going on in the classroom.
That boy's conviction should be overturned ASAP by a judge who actually knows what he/she is doing, and doesn't owe his/her judgeship to Mommy's influence.
All around, this is an appalling sequence of events, and all participants, except the bullied student, should be publically called out and shamed.
