Your handling of the bullying case of this poor disabled child is a disgrace. What kind of idiot and kangaroo court could rule against this poor kid? It is pathetic that I have to point out to you that the 1st Amendment right to petition for redress of grievances protects the gathering of evidence. That was the crux of the entire case against this victimized child!
