No animals were reported injured, and a preliminary arraignment is set for June 29. Authorities say the case began when residents raised concerns over a widely shared video of the incident.

After losing son in hit-and-run, Chester mom turns her pain into purpose with nonprofit, after-school program (cbsnews.com) — A Chester mother is launching Ny’Leek’s Village, a nonprofit and after-school program inspired by her son, who died after a hit-and-run at 9th and Tilghman streets.
