1st annual CHRISTMAS CAROL STROLL and SOCIAL - Sunday, December 14 - sponsored by 21st Ward Fourth of July Association, supports neighbors in need.

Spread Christmas joy -- bring a new, unwrapped toy to support The Salvation Army Roxborough Corps Community Center Christmas Toy Shoppe!

“O come, all ye faithful”, wear your red, white, & green festive Christmas attire. Everyone is invited to the 1st annual Christmas Carol Stroll and Social sponsored by the 21st Ward Fourth of July Association on Sunday, December 14, 2014.

At 2:00 pm meet at Community Bible Fellowship (formerly Roxborough Baptist Church), 6035 Ridge Avenue at Martin Street.

At 2:15 pm proclaim the advent of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel”. As participants sing carols they will stroll on the parade route!

At 3:15 pm afterwards at the Social, everyone will enjoy “a cup of good cheer” hot beverages [coffee, tea, & chocolate], eat a treat or two, and fellowship with one another warming hands and hearts at the Social!

Please call Association Vice-President Kathy Hack (215-483-2156) to tell us if you will attend so the Association can prepare refreshments accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, carols will be sung inside the church.

Do you know a family whose Christmas might be a difficult time due to limited income? If so, The Salvation Army Roxborough Corps Community Center maybe able to help. Save the date. Community Bible Fellowship will lead the 21st Ward Fourth of July Association’s 185th year of the Independence Day Parade of Sunday Schools & Churches on Saturday, July 4, 2015 beginning at 9 am on Lyceum Avenue between Manayunk Avenue & Ridge Avenue.
