Arrest Made In Wayne Court Apartments Burglary: Police

An arrest has been made in connection with a Jan. 26 burglary of a Germantown apartment that resulted in expensive designer items being stolen.

According to Philadelphia Police, Annette Rodriguez, 24, of the 5800 block of Florence Street, turned herself into police on Feb. 6.

Rodriguez has since been charged with criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy, and criminal mischief, court records show.

Rodriguez was released on her own recognizance after being arraigned on Feb. 7, court records show.

She is slated to appear before Judge Patrick F. Dugan on Feb. 21 for her preliminary hearing, according to court documents.

Three other suspects are still sought in connection with the burglary that led to about $7,000 worth of items, including a Gucci handbag and a Luis Vuitton handbag, being stolen from a Wayne Court Apartments unit.

The remaining suspects are described by police as:

• a black male in his early to mid 20s with a goatee and thin build. He was wearing a dark ski hat, two-tone blue hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants, and black and white sneakers;
• a black female in her early to mid 20s with a medium brown complexion, and a stocky build. She was wearing a dark New York Yankees baseball cap, a white long-sleeved t-shirt with dark green lettering on the arms, blue jeans, and white sneaker;
• a black female in her early to mid 20s with a light complexion and thin build. She was wearing a camouflage jacket with a gray hoodie underneath and dark pants.

Police said the public should not approach the suspects and should call 911 immediately if they are spotted.
