Bank Robber Wanted By Philadelphia Police, FBI

PHILADELPHIA — A bank robber is wanted by the FBI/Philadelphia Police Department Violent Crimes Task Force and a reward is offered for information leading to his capture.
According to authorities, a man robbed the Citizens Bank branch located at 7327 Frankford Ave. at about 11:20 a.m. on Friday, April 26.
The man seen above entered the bank, approached the counter, and gave a threatening demand note to a teller, authorities said.

After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the area on foot. He was last seen heading north on Frankford Avenue, authorities said.
The suspect is described as a black man in his 40s standing about 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with an average build and acne scarring on his face, authorities said.

He was wearing a dark navy blue hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, blue jeans, and colored sneakers, and carrying a black backpack.
This suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
