With the hustle and bustle of the weekend coming to a close, the last thing anyone wants to think about is cooking. Which is why, at Gypsy Blu, the decision about what to have for dinner has already been made!

Every Sunday and Monday evening, the acclaimed restaurant will now be serving up a three-course Pasta Night featuring a specialty salad, choice of pasta and dessert for just $25 a person. Created by renown Chef Clark Gilbert this delectable menu includes such mouth-watering items as the Traditional Caesar Salad, The Caprese Salad, The Wedge Salad and even a Gypsy Blu Salad that includes Romaine Radicchio, Arugula, Frisee, Gorgonzola, Candied Pecans and topped with a Cherry-Port Vinaigrette.

The pasta selection is even more exciting with seven home made entrees to choose from, including Spinach and Mushroom Ravioli in a Tomato Basil Cream Sauce, Gemelli with Lamb Bolognese and Herbed Ricotta, Clams Linguine served with Red or White Sauce, Cavatappi Primavera served with vegetables and more.

Last, but definitely not least, Gypsy Blu tops off the meal with its signature Cannoli of the day or ice cream.

To compliment the meal, Gypsy Blu offers an extensive beer and wine selection with 26 wines by the glass and a wide selection of beers and IPAs. Signature cocktails and wines by the bottle are also available.
