We "baby boomers” of the world are the “sandwich” generation caught between raising our children and caring for our aging Parents, there is an ever growing need to juggle much more than we ever dared to imagine.
BOOMERS‘R HEROES is a place to go to download the stress and strain of taking care of everyone else,including your bosses, while managing NOT to neglect yourselves in the process. You’re important, too! You need to voice your fears, your needs and seek self-healing in a nurturing environment. Your voice, as a caregiver, will be heard. Please come out and meet with other folks you can relate to.
