This Competition is open to:

• Small businesses operating for five year or less

To Compete, please submit:

• One-minute video presentation via Youtube.
• Executive summary of your pitch.
• Three-year finanical projections (income statements only)
• Headshot of owner/presenter.
• Tax ID number of business.

The submission deadline is June 30, 2013
