I charge flat rates depending what size residence you have.
Small apt : $ 60.00
Sm/medium home (twin, 1 1/2 baths) $ 80.00
Large home (single multiple baths) $ 100.00
Your supplies! It usually takes 4-5 hours to complete job.
I work weekly, bi weekly, monthly, weekends, pre holiday/party
