Doorframe, Appliances Stolen from Home, Police Say

A man discovers his dishwasher and stove were stolen.

A man told police that a dishwasher, a stove and a doorframe had been stolen from his property in the 100 block West Sharpnack Street.

On June 4, at approximately 12 a.m., a property owner returned home to discover his front door kicked open, police said.

After quickly walking through the property, the owner discovered that a dishwasher, a stove and a doorframe had been stolen from the premises, police said.

Police valued the stolen items at $1,500.
