Farm Product Workshop at Awbury Arboretum

Calling high school students and youth educators! The Teen Leadership Corps at Awbury Arboretum invites you to join us for a fall morning of producing delicious products from urban gardens, farms and fields.
Our guide will be David Siller entrepreneur, farmer, forager and maker. He will share recipes, resources, and practical skills for creating products from seasonal produce. Learn how to make apple and pumpkin butter, naturally fermented soda, pickles, cheese, and more. We will have samples to taste and share.

This program is FREE to Philadelphia high school aged youth, and made possible by the support of Impact 100 and the Aetna Foundation. Adult attendees are requested to pay a $10 materials fee.
