Flourtown Pack 173 Explores Local Trails

Cubs learned about Conservation and the Environment

Flourtown Cub Scout Pack 173 recently hiked the back trails of Forbidden Drive between Bells Mill and Northwestern Avenue. They learned about conservation and the environment while having lots of fellowship along the way. It was a pretty warm day but all the boys who attended are excited to do it again.

Cub Scout Pack 173 meets monthly at the First Presbyterian Church on Bethlehem Pike in Flourtown and is open to all boys in grades 1 through 5. Its members include boys from the Springfield, Upper Dublin, and Colonial school district, as well as St. Genevieve’s, Germantown Friends, Norwood-Fontbonne and Ancillae-Assumpta Academies. For information on joining the pack, contact Miss Ellie (4pack173@gmail.com), Miss Kim (kwmshm@comcast.net) or Mister Ed (egrivner@comcast.net).
