Wasn't the day after Thanksgiving just last Friday and I was happily tweeting "I make the best stuffing in the world"? Got some "No, my Mama's is best" on that one. But, didn't I also just tweet how proud I was to shop small on the following Saturday? "Shout out to Mango!"
Well, this week we received three Christmas cards. Yes, people still send those. My daughter texted me a picture of her decorated tree, complete with cat under, and there's a tree lighting on Wadsworth Avenue this evening.
Somehow there's a missing week. Did you notice it, too? Or is it just my underestimating the time I have to get things done? Somewhere between the donations to Big Brothers/BigSisters and Whosoeverwill, the board meetings, the workshops, the church bazaar, and a few parties (I hope) I must clean, renew and decorate.

Then there will be caroling at the library, pageants to rehearse, presents to buy, and goodies to prepare, sans my world's greatest stuffing (sigh). Still... I don't know about you, but I'm looking at 2 weeks and 3 days.
So, Chop-Chop! (literally and figuratively)
