Karen Smith featured at Restoration's Jazz Vespers

Karen Smith will be featured tomorrow afternoon, Sunday Jazz Vespers, December 20th, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Restoration on Stenton Avenue and Gorgas at 4:30 pm.

Karen will be on vocals and percussion and will be joined by the ensemble “Weez the Peeples.”

Also a playright, Karen has also performed with “Keepers of the Culture,” “My Sister’s Keeper,” Yolanda Wisher and Dr. Sonia Sanchez.

The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Restoration on 6900 Stenton Ave is located at Gorgas Lane in East Mt. Airy (19150).

The donation is a sliding scale of $10 to $15 and refreshments are served.
