I saw a black medium sized dog running loose in the vicinity of Shawnee and Meade Streets. Has anyone posted signs for a lost dog? As I was driving up Shawnee approaching Highland he ran out in front of another car and then down Meade Street. A neighbor said she saw the same dog last night.
