Musehouse to Host Author Marie Lamba

The author will appear at Chestnut Hill's new literary arts center Oct. 6.

As part of the Philadelphia Writers’ Conference Free Forum, author Marie Lamba will appear Oct. 6 at , at a free public event.

Musehouse, the new literary art center which opened this month at 7924 Germantown Avenue, will host the author as she answers questions, shares what some of the challenges and perks of being a writer today and reads excerpts from her published novels.

She will also share a preview of her work-in-progress, a novel titled "Drawn", which is about a teen artist who starts channeling a ghost through her sketches.

Lamba is  author of the popular young adult novel "What I Meant" and the newly released novel  "Over My Head". The event will take place at Musehouse Oct. 6, 6:30 p.m. through 8:30 p.m.
