Police Blotter: Another Theft Near Valley Green

Theft ... A woman reported June 16, 12 p.m., that she left her laptop inside the middle school building at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, 8000 Cherokee St., and when she went back for it, the laptop was gone, police said.
Theft from auto ... A woman reported June 16, 6:33 a.m., that while she was making a delivery on the 8400 block of Germantown Avenue, a man went into her vehicle and her iPhone was taken, police said.
Retail theft ... An employee of , 7700 Crittenden St., reported June 14, 10 a.m., that someone took 15 bottles of Tide detergent and left the store without paying, placed them in a white van and headed westbound on Mermaid Lane, police said.

Theft from auto ... A man reported June 12, 8:48 a.m., that while his car was parked outside of , someone entered his car and his wallet was missing, police said.
Theft from auto ... A man reported June 8, 1 p.m., that while he was parked on the 300 block of West Springfield Avenue, someone broke the passenger-side front window and ransacked the car, taking loose change, police said.
