Police Blotter: Robberies At Knifepoint

Each week, we will stop by the 14th District and gather the incidents reported in Chestnut Hill according to Philadelphia police.

Robbery... Three black men wearing white shirts and khaki pants asked the victim to hand over their phone on July 28 near the 200 block of East Hartwell Lane. The men threatened the victim with a knife and took a Blackberry Bold cell phone and $15. The men feld toward the train tracks.

Robbery... The victim stated they were sitting on the 200 block of East Hartwell Lane on July 28 when three black men, aged 16 to 20 and wearing white shirts and khaki pants, approached. One, wearing an orange hat, held out a knife and stated "give me your phone and money." The victim handed over and iPhone in a white case and $35. The men fled toward the train tracks.

Robbery... Six black males with white shirts and cargo shorts approached a victim near the corner of Germantown and Southampton Avenues on July 28 and stated "give me what you got." They snatched an AT&T Pantech phone from her hand and took off. The police report states the woman was threatened with a weapon, but doesn't say what.
