Police: Mystery Bullet at Chestnut Hill Village
A man reported a bullet coming through the floor of his apartment last week.

A resident of the Chestnut Hill Village Apartments, 7900 Stenton Avenue, reported July 20, around 9:30 a.m., that a bullet came through the floor of his apartment, police said.
According to police the man reported that the bullet hit the wall of his apartment once it came through the floor last Wednesday morning.
Police contacted the manager of the apartment complex, who opened the apartment below the man who reported the incident. No victims were found, police said, and no one with a gun.

According to police, the bullet appears to come form a handgun. The case was turned over to the Northwest Detectives Unit.
