Potato Chip Truck Driver Robbed By Armed Men In Philadelphia
The driver was robbed at gunpoint when making a delivery to a North Philadelphia store in mid January, police said.
PHILADELPHIA — A truck driver making snack deliveries to a North Philadelphia business was robbed at gunpoint in mid January, police said.
At about 12:07 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, a Herr's delivery truck driver was making a stop at a business at 3061 N. 16th Street.
Police said two men, one armed, approached him and demanded money from the truck.

The victim was unable to access the money in the truck, which led the suspects to take the victim's wallet and cell phone.
After taking the phone and wallet, the two fled on foot and were last seen heading east on Clearfield Street then south on Sydenham Street.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported.
The suspect who was armed is described as a black male, light complexion, 20 to 24 years old, standing 5 feet 11 inches. He had a light beard, medium build, and was wearing a dark colored jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath, blue jeans, gray sneakers, and armed with a handgun.
the second suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 24 years old, with a light complexion, medium build, light mustache. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, dark colored pants, and dark colored sneakers.
