Living Space, by local director/playwright Dave Ebersole, opens on July 31st and continues Aug 1&2 at The Stagecrafters Theater in Chestnut Hill.
The play is about Oliver, a gay man, looking for a straight friend. Luke is a straight man looking for ...any friend. When Oliver find Luke drunkenly passed out in his friend’s car, they begin a companionship that changes both their lives - and their living arrangements. It’s a comedy about friendship and what it means to be able to “be there” for someone else.
The show is part of Stagecrafters Annual Reader’s Theater which presents a staged productions with the actors performing with script-in-hand.
