Theft at Children's Charity, Police Say

The following information is provided by the Philadelphia Police Department.

Over $500 in items were reported stolen from a children's welfare organization in Mt. Airy, according to a release from the Philadelphia Police Department.

According to reports, an unknown person allegedly threw a brick through the building's rear-side door and stole an Xbox, Wii and three games before "ransacking" the room and leaving.

Police were able to lift a fingerprint from the scene.
