Two Thefts at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, Police Say

Theft: On March 8, at approximately 5:45 p.m., police received a report of a theft at the Springside Chestnut Hill Academy located at 8000 Cherokee St. According to police, two MacBook Pro laptops were stolen from the school’s mailroom.

Theft: On March 9, at approximately 10 p.m., police received a report of a theft at the Springside Chestnut Hill Academy located at 8000 Cherokee St. According to police, a woman’s bag was taken from the table where she was sitting while at a work function. Police say that the bag contained credit cards, a driver’s license and an iPhone. The credit card has also been used since being taken, police say.
