What's Open on Thanksgiving in Chestnut Hill?

A list of local businesses that will have open doors Thursday.

Every year, there is inevitably something you need, forgot or suddenly have to buy on Thanksgiving. Or maybe you just can’t make it though the holiday without your coffee fix. Either way, here are a list of the select openings in Chestnut Hill on Turkey Day:

CVS- 7700 Germantown Avenue, will be open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The pharmacy will be open 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- 7700 Crittenden Street,  will be open 9 a.m to 5 p.m. The pharmacy will be open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

- 7700 Crittenden Street, will be open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- 7 Valley Green Rd., will be open, and serving a Thanksgiving buffet from 12 -7 p.m. The Inn is currently taking reservations for the buffet.

- 8620 Germantown Avenue, will be open 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- 8513 Germantown Avenue, will be open 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Septa- SEPTA will run on a weekend schedule, while will run on a Sunday schedule. Passengers will, in addition, be allowed to purchase Independence Passes that can be used in an unlimited fashion from Thursday through Sunday (they normally can only be used for unlimited travel for one day).
