• Conshohocken office building has new owner (morethanthecurve.com) — A prominent office building at 125 East Elm Street in Conshohocken has been sold for $11.1 million and is expected to become the new headquarters of Patriot Financial Partners. Located at East Elm and Harry streets, the building will see limited additional leasing and sits next to the soon-to-open The Garden by Pieri Winery, signaling continued commercial investment in town.
   

• Ignyte Expands Travel Insurance Portfolio With InsureMyTrip (mychesco.com) — A Conshohocken-based insurer, Ignyte, has acquired online travel insurance marketplace InsureMyTrip, adding a platform that has already served more than 6 million travelers. The deal strengthens one of Conshohocken's major specialty insurance employers, expanding its digital travel portfolio while keeping InsureMyTrip's brand and operations intact as Ignyte injects capital and technology support.
   

• Two Suspects Captured After I-476 Stabbing Near Villanova University (classixphilly.com) — State police are investigating a stabbing that began with a vehicle altercation on I-476 southbound near the Conshohocken exit, leaving one victim seriously injured. The suspects fled in a U-Haul, sparking a chase that ended in Lower Merion, a Villanova University lockdown, and two arrests, underscoring safety and traffic concerns for Conshohocken-area drivers.
