Get a load of the 1st paragraph advertisement: "community is clean and well-maintained." What a joke - there are so many dumpy sites here it can be called a "trailer part" trash community. If only the documented rules were enforced then we might be able to say we had a Manufactured Home community. Management? No where to be found. Look elsewhere to avoid being screwed!
