Cranberry Plans Religious Diversity Workshop
The event will spotlight the Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islamic and Jewish communities.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - The Cranberry Area Diversity Network will hold a religious diversity workshop designed to strengthen understanding of religious differences within the community. The free, family-friendly event will be held Jan. 27 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the municipal center’s council chambers.
In the inaugural meeting of what is envisioned to be a series called “Come Together,” representatives from the Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islamic and Jewish communities will be on hand. They will explain the fundamentals of their belief system and answer questions from attendees.
Although the event is free, pre-registration is strongly encouraged at www.cranberrytownship.org/ComeTogether. More information is available by email at: diversity@cranberrytownship.org.
