Myoma Road Shut Down for Three Hours After Two-Car Collision

Myoma Road in Adams Township reopened late Tuesday afternoon after being closed for nearly three hours because of a two-car collision.

One of the vehicles was on fire when first responders arrived about 2 p.m., an Adams Area Fire District official said.

Capt. Talo Capuzzi said the drivers of both vehicles, a Nissan and Chrysler, were taken to the hospital by ambulance with injuries. He did not know the extent of the injuries.

Myoma Road was closed between Peters Road and Mars-Crider Road until about 4:50 p.m. Tuesday.
