New Townhouse Development Coming To Cranberry
The Reserve at Eagle Hill will be built adjacent to the township YMCA.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Construction is slated to begin soon on a new 93-unit townhouse development near the Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA.
The Reserve at Eagle Hill will be built on a 25-acre site on land formerly owned by the Schneider family. The development will consist primarily of three-, five- and six-unit structures.
The townhouses will be accessed from Florida Boulevard, the gravel road across from the auto auction. Numerous improvements are planned for the road. Sidewalks will be added, as will lighting, trees and municipal water and sewer service. Florida Boulevard also also will be upgraded to better accommodate traffic turning onto the road from Route 19.
