Seneca Valley Academic Games Team Sweeps Regional Competition

More than a dozen students qualify for national tournament.

The Academic Games teams from and dominated the regional Academic Games Presidents Tournament held Nov. 4 at the Β

Together, the two schools captured the top five places and all but one of the top individual awards, the school district said in a statement. A total of 13 Seneca Valley students qualified for the national competition scheduled to be held in April at Oglebay Resort & Conference Center in Wheeling, WV.

Students also participated in the Game of Presidents, which requires students to identify U.S. presidents from a series of clues.
