Volunteers Needed For Cranberry Cleanup

We're looking for a few good men and women to volunteer to unload discarded items, direct traffic, greet people, and record essential information during the Saturday, April 1 drive-thru Household Hazardous Waste collection at Cranberry’s Public Works building from 8:30 to 1:15. The Township will provide volunteers with safety vests and gloves as well as snacks, drinks and lunch. Discarded electronics will be carried to a weigh station to determine the disposal fee; money will be collected from the items’ owners by ECS&R Recycling, which is contracted to dispose of the discards.
