• Pittston Area, Holy Redeemer shine as WVC qualifiers for District 2 golf tournament set (timesleader.com) — Dallas High School golfers made a strong showing at the WVC pre-district qualifier, with Ryan Roman winning Class 3A boys and teammate Landon Moser also advancing. Several Dallas athletes, including girls golfer Layla Gover, secured spots in next week's District 2 championships, setting up a big week as the Mountaineers also chase the WVC Class 3A team title.
