04/27/2019 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – Dominque Owad, 22, Lansdale, was arrested for DUI after police conducted a traffic stop for vehicle driving the wrong way on E. Oakland Avenue at approximately 0205 hrs. Owad presented with a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were administered and Owad was brought to Doylestown Hospital for blood draw.
04/26/2019 – UNDERAGE DRINKING – New Britain Borough – An 18-year-old man from Philadelphia was cited after police responded to an ambulance call for student at Delaware Valley University who was injured upon falling. Upon arrival, the man was uncooperative and had presented with slurred speech and odor of alcohol.

04/27/2019 to 05/07/2019 - PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Doylestown Borough – Four individuals were cited during the evening hours throughout the Borough business district during the posted timeframe:
- A 22-year-old Dublin woman
- A 49-year-old Doylestown man
- A 35-year-old Doylestown man
- A 27-year-old Doylestown man
04/20/2019 – DUI – Doylestown Borough – John Oliver Carper, 57, Richland, was arrested for DUI after an anonymous call to dispatch reporting an intoxicated driver in the area of N. Clinton and Union Street at approximately 1839 hrs. Police conducted a traffic stop and observed unsteady and unable to balance while standing. Field sobriety tests were administered and Carper was brought to Doylestown Hospital for blood draw.
