2 New Restaurants At Peddler's Village
Surf And Turf Kitchen opened in late January and Boku Bowls, with a location in New Hope, will be coming soon to Peddler's Village.

Two new restaurants will join the dining scene at Peddler's Village. One just recently opened, and another will be opening soon, sources with the shopping village tell Patch.
Surf And Turf Kitchen opened in late January and Boku Bowls, with a location in New Hope, will be coming this spring.
Peddler's Village hopes the new restaurants are a step towards appealing to a shifting demographic of younger patrons. "Our retail scene is changing and becoming much more contemporary," said Eve Gelman, director of marketing and communications for Peddler's Village.

Surf And Turf Kitchen is located in the former Apricot Lane Boutique space on the Main Green. Owned by Mike Barlettano and Cindy Matos, the restaurant grew from a food truck. They serve up award-winning lobster rolls as well as cheesesteaks, meatball sandwiches, shrimp tacos, salmon burgers and more.
They also serve pizza from a custom-made wood fired pizza oven. "We do great artisanal pizzas, including a vodka sauce pie, a BBQ chicken pie, clams casino pie, shrimp scampi pie, and more," Barlettano said in a message to Patch.

There's more: Boku Bowls, which Gelman said is expected to open in April, has a location at the Ferry Market in New Hope.
They serve up their signature poke bowls (poh-KAY), which are described as an Asian-inspired Hawaiian meal consisting of marinated meat or seafood.
"At Boku, we serve our own style of poke over rice or zucchini noodles in a bowl filled with fresh vegetables and topped with crunchy add-ons and mouthwatering sauces, Boku Bowls explains on its website.
