3 Pennsylvania Restaurants Named Among Most Romantic In U.S.

It's almost Valentine's Day and if you still need to find a romantic spot to take your sweetie, you're in luck. According to one new ranking, three of the country's most romantic restaurants are right here in Pennsylvania.

OpenTable, the popular reservations website, has just released its list of the 100 most romantic restaurants in the country for 2018. The three from Pennsylvania are located across the state, from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh.

The list was compiled using more than 12 million verified reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for over 26,000 restaurants across the country. According to OpenTable, American flavors dominate at these restaurants but Italian and French cuisines are also popular.

The Pennsylvania restaurants that made the 2018 list are:

Bolete Restaurant, Bethlehem

What OpenTable says: "Everything is handcrafted in house. Chef Chizmar changes both the dining room and tavern menus daily to bring you the best of what is available."

The Victor Cafe, Philadelphia

What OpenTable says: "The Victor Café is an Italian restaurant that cultivates old traditions and seamlessly blends them with new ones."

Altius, Pittsburgh

If you can't make it to these spots, consider two other local options: The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm in Buckingham Township and Arielle's Country Inn in Sellersville were included last year's list of 100 Most Romantic Restaurants In America.
