Adult Evening Courses Begin In September At Middle Bucks Institute
The Jamison-based school is offering evening courses for adults beginning in September.

JAMISON, Pa. — Interested in learning a new skill, increasing existing skills, or having a fun and an educational night out?
The Middle Bucks Institute of Technology is offering evening courses for adults beginning in September.
Adults are invited enroll in courses such as small engine repair, plumbing and carpentry just to name a few. Students will gain career skills with a course in medical insurance billing taught by the author of a medical billing book or dental assisting and oral radiology taught by an instructor with 46 years of dental experience.

The school's computer-based classes include IT Fundamentals taught by an instructor with more than 30 years of computer experience, digital animation with an instructor who holds an MA in art education, and video editing taught by an instructor who has earned multiple Emmy awards.
The school also offers a number of online courses, including two different online learning options: Advanced Career Training or Fundamentals Courses.

Advanced Career Training can assist in preparing a student for a career or a recognized industry certification. The courses offer a flexible way to learn with open enrollments. Each course also comes with a dedicated student advisor.
The fundamentals courses will assist with learning specific personal and/or professional skills. The school offers two options to learn the fundamentals courses: instructor-led courses or self-guided courses.
In the instructor-led courses, students study over a six-week schedule and courses start monthly. For the independent learner, self-paced courses provide access to all lessons immediately.
