Bucks Co. Water & Sewer Adopts Budget: Will Rates Be Increasing?
The combined operating budgets for BCWSA's water and sewer systems total $102.2M, with sewer operations representing most of the expense.

WARRINGTON, PA — The BCWSA Utility Services (BCWSA) Board of Directors has approved its 2027 water and sewer budgets, keeping rates unchanged for customers of both utilities next year.
The combined 2027 operating budgets for BCWSA’s water and sewer systems total $102.2 million, with sewer operations representing most of the expenditures.
The budget includes BCWSA’s ongoing investments to reduce inflow and infiltration by identifying and repairing leaks and other points where groundwater and stormwater enter the sanitary sewer system. The work has included inspecting sewer lines, repairing and replacing aging infrastructure, monitoring sewer flows, and improving the Neshaminy Interceptor.
