Bucks County Looking for Election Workers
Do you value democracy? Apply to work at the polls on Election Day.

Bucks County is looking for a few good men and women.
The county needs election workers to volunteer at the polls on Election Day, which is Nov. 8 this year.
Bucks County has 304 voting districts. Each one needs a team of workers to do everything from open and close the polls to help sign in voters and record vote totals at the end of the big day.
Election officials work from about 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Election Day. Training classes are conducted in advance, county officials said.

In order to be eligible to be an election official, an individual must:
- be a registered voter
- be able to read, write and speak English
- attend a training class
County officials said that, whenever possible, election officials are assigned to their home polling place.
To apply to become an election official in Bucks County, fill out an online form on the county website.
