Woman Charged After Causing Early Morning Disturbance In Warrington

Evidence at the scene indicated the woman had been outside a home for an extended period of time, causing a disturbance, police said.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Bensalem woman was taken into custody after causing a disturbance outside of a home on Buckboard Circle.

At 5:21 a.m., police responded to the 2100 block of Buckboard Circle for a report of a woman screaming and causing a disturbance at a home.

According to police, officers located a 45-year-old woman from Bensalem walking away from the home. When approached, police said the woman became irate and uncooperative.

The residents at the home told police they didn't know the woman.

The woman was taken into custody, transported to the station, processed, and released. She is charged with loitering and prowling at night.
