Bucks County Realtors Launch 'Kids Snack Drive'

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Bucks County Association of Realtors (BCAR) Reach Out Committee is calling on the community to come together this March for its annual Kids Snack Drive, benefiting local children served by the Bucks County Housing Group.

Throughout the month, donations of individually packaged snacks will be collected at locations across the region. The goal is simple: ensure children in Bucks County have access to nutritious, easy-to-pack snacks they can count on.

Most needed items include: Granola bars, protein bars, fruit snacks, juice boxes, Goldfish, chips, beef jerky, popcorn, to-go cereal boxes, and single-serve applesauce.

“BCAR Realtors are deeply rooted in this community, and we understand that stable housing and food security go hand in hand,” said BCAR President Christy Manetta. “This is about
showing up for our neighbors in a meaningful way. When we work together, even a small donation can make a real impact for a child who needs it.”

The Bucks County Association of Realtors Reach Out Committee has long partnered with local organizations to address housing and basic needs throughout the county.

“Our committee is proud to lead initiatives that directly support families in our area,” said Stacy Hunn, co-chair of the Reach Out Committee. “These snacks may seem simple, but they help fill gaps for children who rely on consistent access to food. Every item donated makes a difference.”

Co-chair Joe McCarthy added, “The strength of this drive comes from the community. When offices, families, and local businesses step up, we’re able to deliver meaningful support to the Bucks County Housing Group and the children they serve.”
