CB Educator Named Teacher Of The Year By PA VFW

​A Central Bucks School District teacher has been named the Pennsylvania Veterans of Foreign Wars Teacher of the Year.

A Central Bucks School District teacher has been named the Pennsylvania Veterans of Foreign Wars Teacher of the Year, the district announced.

Holicong Middle School teacher Michelle Ambrosini was nominated by the Doylestown VFW Post 175. Ambrosini, who teaches seventh grade English language arts, has worked for the past seven years on the VFW’s Patriots Pen Essay Contest with members of Post 175.

Ambrosini is “a team leader, department chair, and instructional leader, and part of the foundation of our school," said Holicong Principal Kevin Shillingford.
