CB West Harlequin Club Presents "One Day More" Virtual Choir
Central Bucks West High School Drama Club Dedicates Virtual Choir Performance and Scholarship Fund to Former Business Manager, Regina Dudo
Like so many students across the country, the students at Central Bucks West High School were in their final preparations for their spring production of Les Misérables when the pandemic hit and schools were closed. The show was initially postponed but has now been cancelled.
During this dark time, the drama club’s Business Manager, Regina Dudo, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Throughout her treatment she never stopped working on her club business commitments and attended every virtual cabaret and cheered on all the students even just days before her passing. The club’s virtual choir performance of “One Day More” was created and dedicated to her memory. The video was put together by parent volunteer Pete Safran and features 22 members of the cast.
The school will also honor Regina’s memory by initiating the Regina Dudo Harlequin Club Scholarship that will be awarded to one graduating senior who demonstrates Regina’s character strengths of optimism, perseverance, commitment and kindness. Anyone interested in donating to the fund should mail a check written to the CB West Student Activities Fund with “Dudo Scholarship” written in the memo line to Central Bucks West High School, Attn: Tim Donovan, 375 West Court Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
