Central Bucks Schools Closed Tuesday

Central Bucks schools are closed Tuesday due to the snow storm, the district announced on its website.

The closure will shift the end of the first semester to Wednesday, which will be a full day of school. The start of the second semester will be Thursday. Early dismissal for students has been moved to Friday, the district said.

More than a foot of snow is possible for the region, the National Weather Service said.

A Winter Storm Warning is in place for Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties; Gov. Tom Wolf has declared disaster emergency in Pennsylvania.
